What is The $1K Challenge?

 

Let's break it down into parts or sections.

 

The $1K Challenge Breakdown

 

First of all lets focus primarily on fundraising or start up capital for a small business start-up or a cause a charity a non-profit foundation or some other legal and ethical fundraising goal.

There are several options when it comes to fundraising. Some are more traditional and others are more creative or non traditional. And here is a quick list of different methods. These aren't the only choices but these are the options we will include.

(1) Loans from banks or other lenders

(2) Grants from the government or from private foundations companies or individuals

(3) Direct Investors can invest in your business in return for an equity share or a portion of the profits or some other arrangement

(4) Crowdfunding uses funds from social media sites or promotional campaigns usually for  specified time period. Funds are usually in the form of donations.

(5) Joint Venture Partnerships are a group of two or more partners who pool their resources together for a small business start-up or some other type of joint venture.

For our purposes we will be choosing the joint venture option in the form of Group Economics or Co-operative Economics. For that option we have chosen to raise funds marketing and promoting generic products and services from existing vendors or suppliers.

The Cash Flow Pipeline System

 

We have created a system using these fundraising tools to accomplish our fundraising objectives. Kids have done it for years using candy popcorn or plant or flower seeds. We do something similar using small business financing or fundraising mechanisms with a variety of real world product choices that can be used for any legal or ethical purpose that people choose to use the funds for.

You begin by marketing your funding system. We call it The Cash Flow Pipeline System or The CFPS. The CFPS is what we use to raise funds with. The pipeline contains a variety of different tools products and services from different vendors and suppliers and can be used in doing and transacting normal business. This pipeline can also be changed amended or updated if need be. We can choose to use all some or none of the products. These are only options or suggestions.

Some who use the system may choose to be our direct niche partners but most will have niche businesses and direct partners of their own. The choice is totally up to you and them. The system will work the same whether some people are direct partners of yours or not.

The goal is to get you to $1K as quickly and as easily as possible.

 

The first goal is to get you to $100 as quickly as possible. That's where The Free Gas Card Program comes in handy and is a simple and easy suggested starting point in building your CFPS and in beginning your fundraising efforts.

 

The next program or product is Cash Flow Freebies. That is what's called a Freebie program. Very lucrative program that requires no or very little money to start or qualify which is the reason why it's called a Freebie program.

 

SFC is an online marketing tools program that starts out at $7.00 but it's suggested to at least start at the $17 level if you want to qualify and participate in The $1K Challenge.

 

These Are The 7 Phases To Building Your Pipeline Up To $1K Starting From Scratch:

 

First let's focus on the first 3 phases. It start's as a simple and basic 3 step process or formula that is repeated with slight adjustments over and over again systematically.

 

Phase 1: Self Qualifying

 

(Phase 1A) $50 for FGC (Free Gas card) and CFF (Cash Flow Freebies) qualification

(Phase 1B) $17 for SFC (Simple Fast Cash) qualification

 

Phase 2: Prospecting

 

Profit Leads is one of our main lead sources. We also use LTO or Leads Training and Outsourcing as another of our lead sources.

 

(Phase 2A) Prospect 25 leads daily (DIY or hire an LTO staff)

(Phase 2B) Prospect 250 leads total for Ten Days To Cash Flow (DIY or hire an LTO staff)

(Phase 2C) Prospect 500 leads total for 20 days to sponsor at least 6 people. (DIY or hire an LTO staff)

 

Phase 3: Recruit Receive and Pass Up

 

(Phase 3A) Recruit

(Phase 3B) Receive your frontline personal commissions of $240 from your FGC and CFF recruits and $75 in monthly commissions from your 5 frontline SFC personal recruits.

 

6 X $20 (FGC) = $120

6 X $20 (CFF) = $120

$120 + $120 = $240

(Phase 3C) Pass up 1 SFC recruit and keep your 5 personals.

 

SFC 6 - 1 (Pass Up) = 5 paid members X $15 ($17 - $2 in processor fees) = $75 in commissions.

 

$240 + $75 = $315

 

This adds up to a total of $315. The first 3 phases are what you do personally as you form your own front line. The other 4 phases involve upgrading, receiving your upgrade commissions and the things you can do to help your group. You will be paid very well for helping your group to get started properly and to maintain a consistent momentum. Drop outs will kill your business and it's income stability.

 

Phase 4: Upgrade

 

SFC Upgrades

 

Level 1 is a $7.00 monthly membership with a $5 commission minus $2 in processor fees.

Level 2 is a $10 monthly membership with a $10 commission.

Level 3 is a $20 monthly membership with a $20 commission.

Level 4 is a $40 monthly membership with a $40 commission.

Level 5 is a $80 monthly membership with a $80 commission.

 

That equals $157 monthly total with no levels skipped. Your commissions would be $150 per month per fully upgraded member.

 

Upgrade to $80 level for $140 from your SFC FGC and CFF commissions for a monthly SFC membership of $157. That still leaves you $175 in profit.

 

Phase 5: Teach Coach Mentor and Train

 

Help your 6 brand new recruits to complete their own Phase 2 by helping them to prospect to their first 500 leads. (They can apply the DIY method or they can hire an LTO staff.) Training will be provided through TDCF (Ten Days To Cash Flow) and PFN (The Po Folks Network).

 

Phase 6: Receive Your Pass Ups

 

Receive your 5 pass ups at 5 X $15 = $75 when they complete their own Phase 3.

 

Phase 7: Receive Your Upgraded Commissions

 

Receive your first line personal's upgrade commissions at $140 X 5 = $700.

 

Congratulations! You have reached Phase 7 and you have met completed and surpassed The $1K Challenge!

 

Phase 8: You can go beyond and even further than that by continuing to upgrade in The Pipeline and to utilize other available products as part of your funding pipeline. NWC is the next product option currently available as part of The Pipeline.

 

The next challenge would be The $5K Challenge. That would be considered the breakaway point for our GE purposes and in a GE setting. A $5K monthly residual income would be very satisfying for many distributors and is a very achievable average goal in a relatively short period of time. 60K yearly may not make you rich but would make a great part time living for many people.

 

Mentoring Coaching Training and Support

 

It's also suggested that you attend the Ten Days To Cash Flow classes and also The Po Folks Network Boot Camp classes. The TDCF classes of course only last ten days or a couple weeks not including weekends.

 

The PFN classes last 90 days with a brand new class beginning each Monday. Feel free to attend our Ten Man Tuesday radio shows each Tuesday for a live presentation and to possibly receive fresh brand new recruits free of charge just for showing up, participating in the program and following directions.

 

Recruits are distributed on a first come first serve basis and we will try to have at least ten brand new signups every Tuesday. The first ten students to participate and to follow the steps and directions given will receive at least one brand new recruit each.
